AKT Peerless provides licensed engineers to design cover systems for a variety of landfill situations.  Cover systems are designed based on the planned end-use of the property, permitted conditions established by the DEQ, and materials available.  Past projects include geosynthetic clay liner cap systems, methane venting systems, and soil cover systems.  AKT Peerless has in-house engineering and drafting services to prepare construction plans including grading sheets, detail sheets, and storm water control plans.  AKT Peerless can also provide construction management for cover installation, including bidding packages, contract administration, and oversight.
