AKT Peerless provides geotechnical engineering services for shallow foundations.  Licensed Professional Engineers oversee the drilling and sampling, perform analysis, and report the findings in a comprehensive geotechnical report.  The report includes descriptions of the property, soil conditions, groundwater conditions, and significant features; and provides recommendations for allowable bearing capacity, minimum footing sizes, anticipated settlement, and construction considerations.
