Mr. Tony R. Anthony, CPG, CHMM, REPA, CP
Mr. Tony R. Anthony is a co-founder and principal of AKT Peerless Environmental Services.
As Director of Environmental Engineering for AKT Peerless, Mr. Anthony is responsible for developing environmental investigation and reporting strategies designed to facilitate real estate acquisition and development, with emphasis on Brownfield redevelopment.
Mt. Anthony holds a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Michigan. Mr. Anthony also holds a Graduate Certificate in Hazardous Waste Control and is a Certified Professional Geologist, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, Registered Environmental Property Inspector, and Certified Underground Storage Tank Professional (State of Michigan).
Mr. Anthony has over 15 years of experience in hydro geologic studies, underground storage tanks (UST) management, environmental assessment, and remedial technologies. Mr. Anthony has conducted numerous investigations to evaluate the presence or extent of contamination. Information obtained during these investigations is typically used to evaluate environmental risk or to determine appropriate remedial actions.

Mr. Brian D. Eggers, CP
Mr. Brian D. Eggers is a co-founder and principal of AKT Peerless Environmental Services.
Mr. Eggers' experience is focused on strategic development of successful Brownfield Redevelopment properties, from dealing with the technical environmental issues, to creating a financial incentive package which drives value to our clients' bottom line.
Mr. Eggers is a Certified Professional through Michigan's Department of Quality (MDEQ) as well as a Registered Brownfield Professional through the Institute of Brownfield Professionals with nearly 20 years of technical environmental experience.
Mr. Eggers is currently the Chairman of the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Board Member of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. He is active in the community serving as a Board Member for St. Mary's Hospital of Michigan, Vice President of the Saginaw Valley Railtrail Board, Treasurer of the Saginaw Club and a Board Member of the Hartley Environmental Education Center.

Mr. Anthony J. Kashat, CHMM
Mr. Anthony J. Kashat is a co-founder and principal of AKT Peerless Environmental Services.
As Director of Environmental Compliance and Assessment Services, Mr. Kashat assists AKT Peerless’ clients in integrating appropriate brownfield incentives and environmental due diligence solutions into a strategic approach to real estate acquisition and brownfields redevelopment. Further, Mr. Kashat directs AKT Peerless’ staff of environmental professionals in implementing such strategies.
Anthony holds a Masters Degree in Hazardous Waste Management and Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Michigan. Mr. Kashat also holds a Graduate Certificate in Hazardous Waste Control from Wayne State University and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
Anthony is currently serves as a board member to the Wayne County Business Loan Review Committee. He is active in the community serving as a board member for Southwest Detroit Environmental Solutions (SDEV) and a volunteer to the Friends of the Rouge, Focus Hope, and the Detroit Wayne County Port Authority.
